OFID's grant will provide the refugees and surrounding communities with access to the full spectrum of HIV and AIDS services (protection, prevention, care and treatment) and incorporate issues of general health care and livelihood support. The project duration is two years (extended to three years) and is being implemented by UNHCR in close partnership with the competent national authorities.
