The project aimed to improving the human, social, cultural and economic development of the deprived and low-income women of the suburbs of La Paz and covers the expansion of CEFIM Vocational Center for Women to cope with the increasing enrolment rate of women and upgrading the educational system offered by CEFIM and introduces new training courses.
