The total cost of the project was US$473,000 and the project was implemented by the Peruvian authorities. It aimed at the construction and equipping of 40 new health dispensaries and equipping of 25 existing health care centers in 12 departments in Peru. The OPEC Fund’s grant equipped 18 existing health centers.
