Enhancing Dairy Processing Skills and Market Access of Rural Women

The project developed the capacity and skills of rural women in small scale dairy processing and marketing of dairy products from sheep and goats in Syria and Jordan and adopted guidelines and recommendations by policy-makers, planners and development projects for strengthening the skills of small-scale producer for producing high quality and safe dairy products and their capacity to market them efficiently.
