The program is designed to assist the Borrower to meet part of its requirements of petroleum products for its domestic use. Specifically, the proceeds of the loan will be used exclusively for the importation of refined petroleum products. The proceeds of the loan shall cover the cost of purchase of the products as well as the cost of their transportation and related services. The Program shall be deemed completed when the products are delivered at a port in the Republic of Cape Verde.
