This humanitarian grant to the Government of Bosnia-Herzegovina was in support of relief activities for the victims of war-torn Bosnia. The grant proceeds were allocated for the provision of food; clothing, medical supplies, shelter and any other needed essential supplies. The Government of Bosnia-Herzegovina has decided to utilize the grant for the procurement and transport of Halal meat to the Central Stores of the Fund for Martyrs and Invalids in Visoko. VENEX Co., was selected by the Government for the implementation of this operation. 317,460 kgs. of meat cans were delivered in 7 consignments by the end of July 1995.
