The extension of an emergency grant in the amount of US$300,000 to help alleviate the plight of the victims of the earthquake in the Nahrin district in northern Afghanistan. The grant was channeled through the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) and will be used for the provision of emergency relief supplies.
