As a gesture of solidarity and empathy towards the people impacted by the earthquake in both Syria and Turkey a US$1,000,000 emergency aid grant has been approved, channeled through the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), in support of the operations implemented by the Syrian and Turkish Red Crescent Societies.
