This grant was approved as a gesture of solidarity towards the Lebanese people and to assist the Lebanese Red Cross in delivering assistance to the victims of the August 4, 2020 Beirut-Port Explosions. The grant will be channeled through the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC). The grant will be used to provide primary healthcare services and medical supplies through existing and temporary health centers and mobile clinics, as well as basic assistance.
