Humanitarian grant assistance in the amount of US$500,000 to the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), in support of the operations of the Venezuelan Red Cross’ (VRC) response to the aftermath of two major earthquakes that struck north-central parts of the country, particularly the provision of the most pressing needs such as shelter, healthcare and basic needs, as well as support to the implementation of the integrated assistance package, including community engagement, and disaster risk reduction.
