This project will carry out the following:
- reconstruction of 160.6 km of road between Rio Hondo and Puerto Santo Tomas, a section of the East-West Highway CA-9 North;
- construction of access roads and stations;
- widening of the intercharge section Rio Hondo - Santo Tomas.
