The grant supported the In-Service Teacher Training Program component organized by the Early Childhood Resource Center (ECRC) and covered the academic year 1998-99. The program aimed at fostering the education and development of pre-school Palestinian children through providing specialized training for people involved in the education and care of the under-sixes and by preparing specially designed early-learning materials and teaching aid.
