EA Grant in response to the humanitarian crisis caused by the floods in Nigeria

This emergency aid grant aims to support of Nigeria in the aftermath of the floods, which have resulted in unprecedented devastation, compounding the country's already difficult economic circumstances. It will be channeled through the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), in support of the operations of the Nigerian Red Cross Society (NRCS). The grant will provide an integrated assistance package and cover basic needs, including shelter, multi-purpose cash, health, protection, community engagement, and disaster risk reduction. IFRC confirmed that OPEC Fund's grant was fully utilized within the implementation period and provided the report accordingly.
