This project involves the construction of a new container terminal in Doraleh, near Djibouti Port, under a 30-year concession agreement between the Government of Djibouti and Doraleh Container Terminal (DCT). Implemented under a build, operate and transfer scheme, the project entailed the reclamation of land together with the financing, design, construction, management, operation and maintenance of Doraleh Port.
