Dangara General Hospital Project

The project construct a general hospital in Dangara, an area with low healthcare delivery, through carrying out the following works:

• construction of a 150-bed, 9,000 m² building;
• construction of specialty departments for pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, cardiology and internal medicine;
• building of emergency and intensive care units;
• procurement of modern equipment and supplies;
• purchase of an initial supply of medication for the hospital’s first year of operation;
• implmentation of training programs to locally-recruited medical specialists; and
• institutional strengthening measures.
