This project financed the rehabilitation of feeder and rural roads in 15 coastal districts of Bangladesh, where cyclones had severely damaged the transportation infrastructure and disrupted social and commercial relations among the coastal communities. The scheme also implemented flood prevention measures to prevent future damage.
