This grant is intended to ensure the implementation readiness of the Khasab-Daba-Lima road project. To achieve this, PSOD plans to utilize the proposed PPTA grant financing to hire a consultant to: 1. Assess and analyse the technical, economic, and financial viability of the project and ascertain the project rationale, scope, cost, schedule, implementation arrangements, risks and mitigation measures; and 2. Develop an investment project suitable for the OPEC Fund financing in terms of technical, financial, economic, and institutional dimensions
