To boost socio-economic development in the capital Dhaka through the construction of a flyover bridge that will ease traffic congestion and increase access to social services. The project will also facilitate easier, cheaper and safer travel and improve access to income generating opportunities and marketplaces. This will, in turn, contribute to poverty reduction and help enhance overall socio-economic development in the project area.
