The project was jointly implemented by the Union of Health Care Committees (UHCC) and the Fundacion del Valle. The project aimed to turn the Amal Center into the most advanced integrated welfare center in Northern Palestine, offering medical, vocational, social and psychological rehabilitation services to the physically handicapped.
