The Program consists of the financing of imports of capital goods, raw material and other commodities required by the country's agriculture, transport and energy sectors. The commodities to be imported would consist of: 1. Equipment, vehicles and spare parts (US$1.5 million); 2. Construction materials (US$1.0 million); and 3. Oil products (US$ 0.82 million).
