This loan is co-financing a project to upgrade and expand petroleum storage facilities at Faleolo International Airport and Savaii Island. Under the project, three 550,000-liter above ground storage tanks for gasoline, diesel fuel and aviation fuel will be installed at Faleolo, and a 600-ton tank farm constructed at Savaii.
