This project will carry out a series of small-scale schemes that will be implemented in the Thanh Hoa and Ha Tinh provinces, two of the country’s poorest areas, benefiting at least 830,000 individuals. Works will include:
- construction and/or upgrading of education, healthcare, irrigation, transportation, and market infrastructure;
- construction of multipurpose community centers;
- land acquisition and resettlement;
- capacity building activities; and
- project management and consultancy services.
