This project will build two cancer treatment centers at provincial hospitals in the cities of Livingstone and Ndola. The projects will also expand the existing Cancer Diseases Hospital in Lusaka and provide new medical equipment. Also planned are training programs for physicians, nurses and other medical personnel, as well as public awareness campaigns. The new/expanded facilities will be able to handle around 9,000 additional patients.
