This project will construct a gravity-fed irrigation system on some 1,440 hectares of prime agricultural land downstream from the Bagre dam in Boulgou and Zoundweogo provinces. Credit facilities will also be established and training provided, and in all some 5,000 households in the area will benefit from improved food security and the creation of new job opportunities.
