The Arab College for Applied Sciences (ACAS) was established in 1999 in Rafah, Gaza Strip; in response to the urgent need to establish a technical college in the southern Gaza Strip. The grant has been extended in support of the project Equipping Lecture Theatres and Engineering and IT Departments.
