This is a non-profit NGO located in West Rafah neighbourhood. The main aim is to respond to the basic needs of the communities living in this area in the fields of health, education and culture. It manages a kindergarten, educational program for children with special needs, basic and advanced computer training programs for youth, a library for all ages and a clinic amongst others.
