HOPE was established in 1999 is a non-profit, non-political NGO, committed to contributing to and achieving sustained and integrated rural development in Palestine. HOPE promotes economic sustainability through women empowerment and creation of job opportunities for deprived Palestinian families. The grant supported the Women Empowerment Program to enable graduates starting small business and increase family income.
