The ECRC, a non-profit Palestinian NGO was founded in Jerusalem in 1985, in order to address the urgent needs of Palestinians in the West Bank in the field of early childhood education and development. ECRC is devoted to the development of the child's intellectual, psychological, physical and social aspects. The grant has been extended to the Center in support of the continuity of its services.
