The Palestinian Association for Rehabilitation of the Disabled (PARD) is a non-governmental association and was established in 1993. Its mission is to provide support for disabled people to overcome their disabilities and become productive members of society. The grant has been extended to support its "Home Care Outreach Program (Phase II)". The project delivered services for disabled students, elders, and people with cerebral palsy and helped them to cope with their conditions and enabled them to have a productive life.
