Al Mawassi Agricultural Cooperative Association is a non-governmental organization established in 2001. Its mission is to develop the agriculture sector by assisting farmers in reclaiming their agricultural lands and improving their technical capacity, thus increasing their production and incomes. The grant will support a project aimed at protecting agricultural biological diversity by rehabilitating greenhouses and reducing the application of insecticides and methyl bromide gas in agriculture.
