AL Najd Developmental Forum (NDF) is a Palestinian NGO established in Gaza in 2007. It aims to increase women awareness and to rehabilitate women to enter and work inside society. The grant was extended to support a project on Developing a Food Production Unit for Women. For this project NDF provided a space/location and modified it for this purpose, the location was equipped with suitable cooking equipment and utensils, baking machines and tools. The project provided a trainer and benefitedt 25 women from very poor families in North Gaza, who were trained to become highly professional and capable to manage the unit.
