Al-Radwan Charity Association was established in 2001 by a group of disabled youth to improve the standard of living of disabled people in Al-Hikr village. Today, the association is one of the largest organizations providing medical services and rehabilitation for disabled people in Al-Hikir village with an annual budget of US$589,000. With OFID's help the purchase of medical equipment and tools for disabled people in Al-Hikir village was possible. Approximately 1,100 disabled personshave benefitted from the distribution of wheel chairs, special mattresses, axillaries crutch, tripod cane, digital hearing aids.
