The Palestinian Counseling Center (PCC) is a community mental health organization and was established in 1983 specialized in the area of improving the mental well being and thereby the productivity of the Palestinian people living in the West Bank. The grant aimed to improve the psychological well-being of individuals and groups that suffer from mental illness.
