The Cultural Center for the Development of Child was established in 1997 in Tulkarm, Westbank. The grant was extended to support the extension of the center kindergarten building with the main objective to improve and develop an appropriate environment for children to enable them practice various activities, develop and improve their skills and their quality of life.
