NCD is a Palestinian non-profit, non-governmental organization, established in 2003, working to develop the Palestinian NGOs sector and empower its participation in the social work, through capacity building for its members, employees and board. The grant has been extended in support of the continuity of its regular social activities provided for the Palestinian communities.
