The grant has been extended in support of the 4th Off-Grid Lighting Conference and Exhibition, which was held in Dubai during October 26-29, 2015 and enabled 19 delegates from developing countries, representing different regions, to take part in this four-day event. Another capacity building activity in Africa was also financed by this grant on the same subject.
