The 2nd International Energy Forum (IEF), held on November 15-16, 2011, at OFID headquarters, brought together 65 high-level participants from developed and developing countries, the World Bank, specialized international agencies, finance institutions and aid agencies to discuss how to identify ways and means to eradicate energy poverty.
