The Joint OPEC Fund - EBRD Technical Cooperation Facility

The proposed facility aims to develop a pipeline of projects in OPEC Fund and EBRD common countries of operations that would be subsequently co-financed by the two institutions. It will provide mainly grants for project preparation activities. However, it will be structured with a returnable/repayable component such that if projects are successfully developed, the advanced grants are reimbursable.
