The grant has been extended to Global Village Energy Partnership (GVEP) in support of the Nyundo Small-Hydro Project. The grant will assist in contributing to the increase in national power generation capacity in rural Rwanda through the construction of a 3 MW run-of-river hydropower connected to the grid and provide reliable energy access to 13,000 household.
