To construct a modern, paved road to enhance the country’s trade opportunities and boost access to social services, marketplaces for some 800,000 people living in 40 villages. Works will include:
- construction of a 60 km-long section of the 99 km-long Massakory-Ngouri-Bol stretch;
- instllation of drainage works to prevent flooding;
- provision of road safety devices;
- environmental impact mitigating measures; and
- consultancy services.
