The project comprised the first phase development of an international airport, Thota-ea-Mali, consisiting a civil works (construction of runway, apron, approach road), drainage and ancillary works; buildings (terminal, control tower, administrative block, rescue and service buildings); airfield lifting and field cabling; navigational aid and communications; fire and rescue vehicles; and supervision of above works.
