ESNCM was established in Jerusalem in 1993 as an academic institution for teaching music with the overall objective to contribute to the establishment of a promising young Palestinian generation who will preserve the Palestinian culture and music identity. The grant proceeds were used to cover the cost of teachers' salaries, musical instruments, rental and administrative expenses and the Center's special programs.
