The overall goal of this project was to improve availability, coverage and quality of HIV services for injecting drug users and prisoners in the beneficiary countries. The grant proceeds contributed to enhancing national capacities for full integration of HIV-related interventions in primary health care and in social protection services, improving the management of HIV-related services, and strengthening the national capacity for monitoring and evaluation of access to HIV-related services for drug users and prisoners.
